The building had an elevator and we were able to park for free on the street. There was semi-self check in as the owner has to buzz you in the front door. The toiletries provided were lovely. They did offer in room snacks and had a kitchen with coffee facilities but there was no milk available in the fridge.

Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy. The owner was very kind and responsive. He met us at the property and showed us around. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Newly renovated. The bedrooms and bathroom are private, and there's a shared kitchen and outdoor space. The kitchen was beautifully renovated and stocked with a good amount of basic items. There's also a washing machine and drying rack. The air conditioning worked well. The property is a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to find parking.

We stayed in this hotel for one night because of its proximity to both Fiumicino airport and the beach. Transport to and from the airport by bus was simple and cheap. The staff at reception were very welcoming at the reception and bar area were very aesthetic and charming. Some of the facilities in our room seemed a bit old, particularly in the bathroom, but the room was such good value we couldn't complain!
