Lovely refurbished stables in beautiful countryside - the stables were done to a very high standards and felt very comfortable and spacious for a long weekend. Our stables felt very private and we really enjoyed the quiet countryside. Although self catering the stables have great facilities - Sam made sure we had everything we needed! We even got to walk around the farm - there is a lovely lake with swans which we really enjoyed. We will definitely return!

Really clean and cosy. Everything was comfortable, we ended up staying in and ordering takeaway instead of going out for dinner so we could enjoy being there as it was so nice. Private and quiet, helpful hosts.

Nice quiet location, characterful old building but very clean and modern decoration. Loved that the integrated private bathroom was separated from the bedroom. The staff were so lovely and friendly, always ready to help. The food was divine.

Keys were in the door when I arrived. Location is down a private track, very isolated, very quiet. Easy secure parking right outside the front door. Owner met me later after my arrival for a brief chat and responded very positively to all my questions, providing food supplies that were not advertised at no extra cost. Suggestions for a place to eat locally were also super! Breakfast; I struggled to get the cooking hob / oven working at first, probably me not used to modern stuff! (I have an AGA!) Left with a smile :)

Very quaint and beautifully well done. Lovely comfortable bed, complimentary treats, even had an honesty bar. Perfect location only a couple of minutes walk to the Grand Union Canal with a choice of 2 pubs and an Indian restaurant, lovely area and our hosts Elaine & Carol were very welcoming. Luxury breakfast hampers were really good quality products though my hubby does like a cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The whole place is incredible! It is a great location with beautiful views. The room itself was so clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy, the room nice and warm and so very quiet. Best nights sleep i have ever had in a hotel/bed and breakfast. The greeting by the pooches was so so sweet and we barely heard them. The horses were also a lovely addition.
