There was a tiny kitchen with nespresso/microwave/kettle facilities and a tiny breakfast bar area to sit at, if you wanted to eat there. Very tastefully decorated room, boutique hotel standard. The bed was divine, the bathroom had a gorgeous rain shower and beautiful tiling. The house is beautiful and in a very pretty little village. Ideal as a stop over on your way somewhere and also as a base for visiting places in the region. The owners are very charming and friendly, respecting your space and also very accommodating regarding food allergies.

Great location, lots of parking, and a friendly welcome. We couldn't use the bar as there was a private function on, and there was no breakfast so can't comment on that side of things, but there is a Co-op nearby so you can buy breakfast pastries if the local cafes are closed. The room was clean, and the towels & linen were good quality.

The apartment has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard, and everything in it is of top quality. In particular, the upstairs bedroom is very quiet, very private and comfortable for a great night's sleep, The host is superb, with great communication and rapid responses.

Great location, peaceful and very quiet but also conveniently close to the M40. Johnnie and Paul are great hosts, both evening meals and breakfast outstanding. Rooms clean and comfortable and very good value. Highly recommended and will be staying over again.
The whole place is incredible! It is a great location with beautiful views. The room itself was so clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy, the room nice and warm and so very quiet. Best nights sleep i have ever had in a hotel/bed and breakfast. The greeting by the pooches was so so sweet and we barely heard them. The horses were also a lovely addition.
Stayed here as a group of 5 across 2 rooms. Rooms are spacious and quaint with good toilet and shower facilities. Great location, beautiful building and very welcoming and quiet. Breakfast was included and delicious with plenty of hot food options and a cold buffet too. Ample parking and a friendly team that couldn’t do enough for you!!
