Our stay at Sloley Hall couldn't have been better. The surroundings are stunning, the rooms are large and furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay, the breakfast was super quality (the hosts informed us that they try to use local products as much as possible season permitting), and the hosts were absolutely wonderful.

Around 4 miles from the north Norfolk coastal town of Cromer, The Barns offers elegant en suite rooms in a converted 18th-century farm building. With private entrances on a central courtyard, all have free parking and Wi-Fi.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barns which is ideally located to explore North Norfolk, several National Trust sites in close proximity as are coastal towns of Cromer and Sheringham with Great Yarmouth only an hours drive away. The owners of The Barns made us very welcome and willing to have a chat with us at breakfast, there were plenty of choices for breakfast which were perfectly cooked and served.

A lovely, quiet hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and it looked like a lot of money has been spent on the property. We would definitely recommend Scarbrough Hill Country Inn to our family and friends.

A beautifully equipped and decorated lodge perfectly located near dog friendly walks , pubs and beaches. The lodge is so clean and spacious, even on rainy days we enjoyed staying in and relaxing. The added extras that we'd forgotten such as dog bowls and kids buckets and spades were also supplied, a lovely thought for all types of guests. We can't wait to return and the hosts were very responsive and informative We also loved the pool and private hot tub which was a nice luxury

It was a lovely annexe , own entrance, clean. Kelly was really helpful, breakfast on time and plenty of, brought out to annexe so you could eat inside or outside at a private table in the garden. It was very quiet at the end of a country lane.

Delightful quiet spot, loved listening to the skylarks in the field. The accommodation is excellent, and the owner Cindy is charming. She was immediately responsive when we arrived and asked for an additional kitchen item (cleaners had simply forgotten to leave tea towels in an otherwise very well-equipped kitchen). On a hot day we recommend a trip to Bacton Woods, about 10 min drive away, to walk the dog in a lovely mature shady wood.

The room we had (room 1) was very comfortable, soft bed & the room smelt wonderful. I was pleased that we had a full bath with shower over. Plenty of space for our clothes too. Breakfast was varied & plentiful. Fresh fruit, pastries, cooked meats & a full cooked breakfast was on offer too. A special thank you to member of staff, Alison, a charming lady who had a smile for everyone even though she was very busy. Thank you for sorting out our sash windows & for the delicious cooked breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again.

Smallish pleasant room, with ensuite, TV,, and kettle, a few minutes walk from the main street. Perfect for me stopping off for a night on a cycling trip in Norfolk. Not luxury but perfectly suitable for single or couple for a night or two. Quiet and easily got the manager/owner on phone to get the keys from the keysafe.

Lovely, beautifully decorated hotel in quiet and peaceful location. Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. The bar was open on one evening because a private function was taking place and the hotel then had a buzz which was lacking the rest of the time.
