Beautiful property in a small, quaint village, situated next to a great pub for food and drink options.
The property has a fantastic garden overlooking vast greenery, with plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was fantastic and really added an air of luxury to our stay.
Check-in was smooth, and arriving to a delicious slice of cake each was a really thoughtful gesture - one of the best lemon cakes we’ve ever had! Our room (Magnolia) was clean, light, and comfortable - we particularly liked the option to have a bath or a shower of a morning/evening - and it had a well-stocked refreshment station, with fresh milk options also available in near-by mini fridges.
The honesty bar was a welcome addition, with different options for wine, beer, ale, and soft drinks.
There were plenty of delicious choices for breakfast - starters and mains with toast and drinks on the side! The dining area over-looks the garden, with options to sit outside during the summer months.
Sam and Carol were fantastic hosts. I would certainly recommend this property!

Gated community. Private and quiet.
Great location. Wheelchair accessible room which was nice and quiet. Helpful staff. Good service but could have been a little bit more prepared for alternative diets at breakfast time. Gluten free bread but not cereal and no dairy free milk. Nice variety of cooked breakfast options.
Very clean and modern with comfortable bed.
Outside spaces furnished well, and relaxing.
Great location.Quiet.and peaceful but close to village amenities and regular reliable bus service.

The hotel location is very good, location allows easy travel east or west of the north Norfolk Coast.
The breakfast menu is very comprehensive, and the food served is excellent. All the staff were really very good.
The room was comfortable, a good size and well appointed. Nice to have luxury bathrobes provided.
It was extremely quiet and we slept well.
The breakfast was good with some fresh fruit and a very good choice of cooked breakfast. The honesty bar was a great idea so that you could help yourself at any time. Very nice location - quiet and area outside where you could sit/lie out. Restaurant food was cooked to a high standard. Burnham Market is a nice village to stay near.
