Very quirky with it being an old School House. Rooms were clean and tidy. Owners were sociable and a good selection of food for breakfast.

The space was more than ample with some exquisite touches.Very elegant fixtures and fittings.The separation between bedroom and bathroom was welcome.I am very poorly sighted and nothing was difficult.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Good stop off on the way to Devon, clean rooms and looks like they've been decorated recently too.

Quiet, peaceful and private location. The property is compact, comfortable and everything needed for a few nights away, home from home. The property is easy to find and is in a great location for exploring the surrounding coastal and countryside areas. Just a 40 minute drive to historic Wells which is well worth the effort ( as recommended by the property owner). A walk out to Brean Down fort, which is also fairly close-by is also worth the effort.
We really enjoyed our visit to this little gem of a property.
