So welcoming and a beautiful space, perfect for us. Lovely little touches like homemade tiffin and local info etc. WiFi great, warm and cosy, super comfy bed. Everything we needed for a nights stay. Just a shame we couldn’t stay longer and enjoy the local area.

Carmen and Steve are lovely hosts and communicated well prior and during our stay. They let us check in early, were friendly and made us feel like we were staying at mums. They have a lovely home and although on this occasion we stayed 1 night; we would have happily stayed longer.
The rooms are very clean, tidy and have all you need - WiFi, TV, views, parking and peaceful.
Delicious breakfast, views and excellent location for Bridgwater carnival and other sites. Happy with The Annex and would stay again (minus the kids as they took our double bed)!
