    Perfect location. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Suite was very well set up and comfortable, well designed. Appreciated and used the iron & ironing board. Grateful for dishes, dish soap, tea towels. Although we could hear people in the hallways, once in their rooms all was very quiet. Either design or insulation helped with this a lot!

    Place was beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathroom. The host was very welcoming and responsive. He was able to accommodate an early check in with short notice and extend our stay an extra day as well. The place was clean and private, beds were very comfortable and price was decent. Highly recommend.

    Everything - Ash and his lovely wife welcomed me into their home (always responsive & available in case I needed anything). Very kind and ready to help. It was indeed a home away from home. The basement has its own private entrance. It is equipped with all the essentials and in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has a good WiFi and its own laundry room. The room size is great (can take 2 people) with its own cabinet. Everything was clean when I arrived.

    Clean property in quiet neighbourhood. Lots of parking. Clean house, rooms are upstairs Room is well lighted, private bath Kitchen was beautiful. Fridge Microwave, Stove Cold drinks and water if you get thirsty Tim's is 5 min drive

    Decided to stay here for my appointment in Toronto, as it's a less busy area. Quaint, no frills room (just how I like it). It was clean, felt cozy, pretty quiet for the area. The beds are encased, comfortable and very clean. Great area with a lot of restaurants and cute shops nearby. Very kind, respectful staff.
