El Remate is so chilled and beautiful and the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are super clean and comfy and the kitchen area was really useful.

We are within 8 minutes walking distance of the archeological excavations of Tayasal and 15 minutes walking on shady trails to the beach El Chechenal. Great choice in San Miguel! The view of the island of Flores is available all day, from the restaurant or terrace with hammocks. All their food is excellent, worth a try. There is a viewpoint nearby, just the right distance for a walk. The staff is friendly and helpful, they come to pick you up on Flores Island when you arrive. The highlight of a visit to the hotel is the opportunity to observe toucans up close several times a day, which are always somewhere nearby, they even knocked on our room window.

This modern hotel is situated right on Peten Itza Lake and offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Great location, hidden away in the forest. Big room with great views from the large balcony. Very efficient ferry service from hotel to Flores Island. The staff were all friendly. The airport transfers went very smoothly. The two staff members on reception (Brayam? and Danila?) were both very helpful when we had a problem with a cancelled flight and a lost phone. They also helped us book a good trip to Tikal.

We had a kind welcome by the staff. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room. The staff is very friendly and adorable, they helped us in different ways. They were very kind, talkative, helpful, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, filling, fresh, and affordable: the yogurt bowl comes with a lot and different type of fruits. The view of the hotel is super nice, with this lake, and the animals like iguanas, monkeys, and squirrels. Definitely the perfect place to relax and recharge your battery! They offer a free boat service in which they pick you up and drop you off at the main island. It was very flexible and they were always on time. They were always very responsive on Whatsapp which was nice. They always replied within a few minutes. The thing that stood out the most was that the attention to the client was very distinguished and this bought to an high satisfaction from our side. HIGHLY recommended!
