Orietta and Stefano were great hosts, they made our stay wonderful with an easy check-in, useful recommendations, excellent breakfast, really beautiful historical house with all details in order, cozy pool, nice rooftop, clean and comfortable room. Perfect place to enjoy the interesting city of Mindelo in the amazing island of Sao Vicente. We just can say thank you for everything and we would love to come back one day.

Right across from a grocery store and near the market. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Mindelo is a nice walkable little town.

Feb 21 to March 2. JPi hotel is a gem located in the town of San Pedro. You will have the best view of the Island as it bears mountain, ocean and planes landing on the airport. Jean Pierre the owner is your guest relation rep, the cook, your guide, etc... At night, you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean and you can safely vent around with the locals. It offers a more reserved stay from the noise of the main city Mindelo. Transportation is a bit lacking in and out but renting a car will solve that issue. Breakfast was excellent and local restaurants also offer great menus.

A selection of activities are offered in the area, such as horse riding, windsurfing and diving. great host & super clean room. There is a nice terras with a nice breeze. good location, city center is 10min walk and the beach is also 10min walk. I was sick during my stay and Filomena made me tea and a 'magic potion'. She was very helpful. Even sick I enjoyed the stay!

The property offers excursions and guided tours in the surrounding. the property is great: has several cozy terraces, is clean and small enough to feel personally cared for. The lovely owner and the staff went above and beyond to help us out with a flight issue, that we are beyond grateful for. A delicious breakfast too :)

The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, very close to local shops and easy to find. Wesley the apartment “manager” was super communicative and did reply very fast. He is just great, helped everything else I possibly could have needed. Would recommend!!
