There are only two apartments, very cosy and well equipped. the dogs Jazzy and Irma are part of the family and make you feel straight at home as well. The beautiful beach is at walking distance very nearby, as is the lovely laid back village of Moro. Just walk to the beautiful centuries old baobab tree and you will find the village. From Villa maio/Porto ingles you can walk back to your apartment along the salt pans, a lovely one and a half hour walk.

Clean, nice interior decoration and good location close to the beach. The donkeys outside the hotel gave us an authentic awakening every morning.
The location is pretty central in Vila de Maio, Pompeo e Nanda welcomed us and made us feel at home. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and close to the beach and the main street. There is a beautiful garden and a terrace where it is possible to have barbecue
Great location at the ocean with a fantastic view from the balcony where you have breakfast. Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Perfect place to stay when you are on Maio island. Breakfast is very good but pricy
We enjoyed the waterfront location; we had a small balcony from which we could see the ocean and we enjoyed breakfast on a lower balcony which faced the ocean. Our room was large and comfortable and transport was arranged to meet us at the airport and take us to the ferry at the end of our stay.
Amazing villa with a spectacular ocean view and a great pool. We were a group of 4 and it was even more incredible than we all imagined. Thank you Daniel for taking care of our transport from the port as well. Highly recommended and will not even think twice to go back and stay as much as possible.
The appartement was newly renovated and super-equiped; there was everything from can-oppener to washing machine ... everything was spotlessly clean. It is roomy, light, and we enjoyed the terrace at the front with seaview. Shops are within walking distance and you are between two beautifull beaches. But the best were our hosts: generous, helpful, humorous and a delight to stay with.

The entire house is really comfy and beautiful, but the view is just breathtaking. I didn't get to use the pool much, as I lived the vast empty beaches, but it is indeed there and I only saw once a person using it, so if that's what you are looking for, look no further! Checkin and checkout was perfect, easy and straightforward.
