Had view of water on bay side and saw dolphins, birds, and other activity from bedroom window. Building, pools, and all common areas very well maintained. I loved the space. It was so clean and so spacious. There was a book the owners made with all the information! I loved it. It was so close to beach access and to a coffee shop (even though owners supply a kuerig). They were so accommodating inside as well… extra towels, dish soap, etc

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view from our balcony was perfect! Breakfast was good. We loved the dessert milkshakes and cinnamon rolls at Whitecaps. The dinner at Beach House Social was good. Loved the Smash burger and the Burrata salad!
The location was awesome. I've been staying on Navarre Beach for 40 years at different locations but never at Nararre Regency so I'm familiar with the location. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Easy access to the condo. Being so close to hear the ocean surf was wonderful.
No breakfast was offered. Everything was very comfortable, and everything we needed was close by. The views at sunset were outstanding, and access to the ocean and sound beaches was ideal.
Fantastic hotel right on the beach, very comfortable and modern, good breakfast, long-service swimming pool and heated jacuzzi available. Sun loungers and lounge chairs by the pool, a fenced-in sandbox for children available.
