Condo unit was fabulous! Well stocked kitchen, great view. Third time staying at Summerwind, and we love the condo units, but I prefer reserving with private owner rather than Vacasa, because it was a hassle dealing with them for check in and they were rude. I won’t use Vacasa again.

Property information

Summerwind Center proudly features condo 704. As you walk through the condo you'll find an expansive balcony with a direct Gulf of Mexico view and a view of the Santa Rosa Sound. There is plenty of seating outside to enjoy watching the dolphins play in the gulf while you listen to the waves. The living room is full of bright colors with a matching theme throughout the condo. There are nice big windows inviting in the sun and a sofa bed which allows for more guests. All rooms have beautiful decorative ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any meal you plan on cooking, should you chose to dine in. All white appliances and seating for your group. To ensure you have all the comforts of home, this condo offers a full-size washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has its own balcony entrance giving you privacy from the rest of the group for early morning sunrise views. There are a large walk-in closet and a chair giving you seating space aside from the bed. The en suite bathroom has a double sink and a garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers a TV, has a ceiling fan and private bath.
