The home is just steps from a lovely canal that feeds into the Santa Rosa Sound along the Gulf of Mexico. This fabulous hideaway is 2 miles from the Gulf Islands National Seashore and 4 miles from fresh seafood, shopping, and nightlife in town! The two-story home is industrial chic with chrome accents and exposed wood. an open-concept living room and kitchen that leads to the patio. A second lounge area offers inviting accent furniture and a workbench. Pour happy hour cocktails around the gas fireplace or unwind with some entertainment. The rental includes flatscreen TVs and WiFi. The gourmet kitchen is awe-inspiring, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The space is ideal for large parties with a kitchen island cooktop and breakfast bar with seating for six. Celebratory meals of surf and turf can be served on the formal dining table with space for four. Two bedrooms, one of bathrooms with steamer.
