The property is so pretty- the gardens are beautiful and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.

We would like to thank to Sonia and Daniel. We spent absolutely amazing holiday. Accommodation offers absolute privacy with small pool just on the terrace of apartment. The apartments were cleaned every day, the sea was a few steps away. Breakfasts were amazing - every day was served fruit, omelettes, coffee and tea, smoothie, eggs, sausages The bonus was a stable WiFii connection. Sonia and Daniel were always prepared to help with whatever we need it (transportation, short trips, small shopping, restaurant recommendation and many other things) Holiday was amazing a we woud like to return here again.

This boutique hotel is situated at a great area and an ideal location allowing easy travel to kendwa/nungwi, Mnemba island and stone town. I felt like I was in Bali being surrounded by so many lush palm trees. I definitely rate it as value for money. The hotel was within less than 5 minutes walking distance to a beautiful beach where I enjoyed a kite surfing lesson. The design of my room was modern and spacious as advertised on the photos. I loved the music on the upper deck during breakfast and dinner that created that positive african energy and vibe. The food was flavourful and tasty. Excellent place! Sonia and all her staff were so amazing, kind and helpful with good recommendations. Nothing was ever too much for them.
