The hosts, Francesca and Mauro, were extremly friendly and helpfull, and went far beyond to make our 2-weeks stay comfortable. The room was comfy, food was excellent and overall atmosfere was like at home.

Just don’t hesitate to book, everything you could need, you will find! The place is beautiful, from the inside to the exterior with garden furniture, bbq and swimming pool. The hosts are kind and wonderful, knowing it was my son they went and bought him a gift even though they had work, they’re just the best, very helpful and available for anything. I 1000% recommend, hoping to have the chance to go again 😍

A fabulous little b&b, run by lovely people, especially the elderly lady that welcomed me. With the added bonus of an exelent swimming pool and, lovely well kept grounds.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Wonderful small hotel with a beautiful view. The owner Guiseppe and his family are wonderful people and made our stay (3 days) remarkable. Breakfast is outstanding as well as the price, but also the hotel, the garden with jacuzzi (with a breathtaking view), the trust bar and many more. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms, too. Also here: all you need is available. Towels for the beach? No problem, Guiseppe had us covered. Also with hints which restaurants to go for. We we were just blown away. And will come back.
Everything was clean, the hotel had an elevator the location was very beautiful and you will enjoy the amazing sunsets in the evening. It was a pleasant stay.
We loved the incredible view of the Palazzo Ducale both day and night. Additionally it was in the perfect location to have the hire car parked so as to avoid having to drive through the old town.
Our host was flexible and communicated re arrival, assisted us with check in and orientation as well as information on local attractions.
The house is in the perfect location if you have a car, only a few minutes drive from the center of Urbino. It has an amazing view of the surrounding hills and a magnificent sunset! It is fully restructured, so everything inside is new. The apartment where we stayed had a fully equipped kitchen, so it is perfect also for the ones who want to cook. The breakfast was really amazing, with a variety of salty and sweet food, as well as the food from that area.

Receptionist was very quick and clear with help.
Beds are a little hard but I still slept well.

Ideal place to stay in Urbino
Beautiful room with great facilities and very comfortable wonderful panoramic views from the grounds and perfect location to explore the old town wish we had booked an extra night. Great communication and guidance from the staff and would definitely rebook if we ever get to go back to Urbino which is a beautiful classic Italian town and well worth a visit
