Everything! It is an excellent appartement with balcony and even a yard. Extremely clean, with very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Looks even beter than on the photos.
And it is less that 5 minutes walk to reach the beach. You just need to cross a small street and you are there. I loved it all!
This place is perfect for a couple to spend beach holidays there.
And last but not least, the owners, Veronica and Francesco made it all! They are great people, very friendly and helpful! They picked me up and drove me back to the Fiumicino airport. You can ask them for all kinds of advices regarding the local cuisine or the places to go. They make you feel so welcome. Thank you guys very much!

The owner, Stefano, was incredibly helpful and nice. The apartment was clean and confortable, the terrace cosy and the perfect place for having our coffee. The beach was literally just on the other side of the road, the view of the water beautiful.

Beautifully presented little home close to the beach. We only had one night here but wished all of our accomodation was like this. Lots of thoughtful little touches. Our host was communicative and friendly, with some helpful recommendations. We got a great nights sleep before an early flight!

Super cute and clean B&B, just steps from the beach! Booked it to be close to the airport for an early flight. The B&B also booked our transportation to the airport for us. It was a quick stay, but wished we had more time to explore the surrounding area. It appeared there are many restaurants and seaside bars nearby!
It was a fantastic stay. Our host was wonderful. She let us check in early. She had excellent restaurant recommendations. Her parents even gave us a ride to a restaurant when they saw us struggling to map it out on our phone. It's right on the beach and the room itself is cosey, beautiful and immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful also. Tables are by room number and ready for you to enjoy your breakfast when you wake up. We highly recommend this B&B!!!! :)
Lovely people, nice room, nothing to complain about. Breakfast was more a few snacks, but didn't need it anyway. Bathroom was all good, pay the 20 euros for the transfer to the airport if that's why you are there.
If you go to the beach, pay the 7 euros to go to one of the private beaches, public beach no bueno! Lots of restaurants, it's very much a Port seaside town.
Great location, convenient to the airport and in the nice little seaside town of Fiumicino. A short walk to restaurants and the beach. It was perfect for our one night stay and great value for money.
Apartment is extremely modern, decorated beautifully, comfortable, spacious, crisp and clean bedsheets and towels, beautiful view from living room and sound proof windows and sliding doors.
Bar /Restaurant Azul, walking distance, on the sa d, has amazing food and right on the beach. It was perfect for lunch.
We took an Uber to the city center and there were tons of restaurants to choose from for dinner as well.
The place is comfy and homely amongst all the other stay during our trip in italy. Its really near to the airport.

Close to the airport if you need to fly out of Rome early. Is right on the beach, staff are friendly, super helpful and accomodating, rooms are clean and there is a really nice seafood restaurant nearby! Great spot, helpful and our second time staying here.
My partner and I were looking for a quiet place to spend our last night in Italy, before an early flight from Fiumicino. This hotel was exactly what we hoped for. After a week of traveling across main Italian cities, this hotel on the beach was a little oasis of relax and peace. The facility is very new and well decorated, with silent air conditioning. Right on the beach, with a great sunset view. Many delicious restaurants at a few steps. The staff even arranged a simple breakfast for us before our very early departure.
