Firstly the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. Thankyou . Exceptional. This sets it apart from most others.
The property itself was immaculate and spotless with far reaching views which were breathtaking. It was very peaceful so you could relax. Just a short stroll of around 20 minutes into the heart of the Town.

It was very easy to communicate with a hostess Irene. She waited for us at the property to welcome us a give us a guidance how to use facilities. Location is at the sea shore with an exceptional view of the Preveza marina. The apartment is luxurious to the max with an elevator to the top floor. Kitchen was fully equipped and the potential breakfast had been prepared in the fridge. The kitchen also has all electric small appliances needed for a daily use.
There is a functional washing machine included with an attention to a micro details for all your needs.
Bathrooms are modern with excellent fragrant toiletries. A/C is very quite, bedding fine and mattress with a very good quality.
All amenities were very clean

Apartment was so beautiful, really modern, it was well equiped, everything was clean and it smelled so nice. The owner Ioanna was available every single time we needed some info or help from her. Also she left some greek olive oil, honey, wine for us, which had us very positively surprised. The location of apartment is very convenient, because town beaches are close but also center and all restaurants and promenade by the sea are 10 minutes walk. Absolutely everything!! The location is superb, beach is 2 minutes away and is not crowded, absolutely amazing. The property had everything we needed, very basic but did the job. The pool is fabulous, the owners are very helpful and friendly. As soon as I walked in it was such a beautiful holiday home everything was clean and neat. The view was stunning especially during the sunset and sunrise. I definitely recommend for families.

The location is really great, directly on the beach. The garden with sitting place and sun beds is comfortable. If you like it in Preveza town there are many good taverns and bars, it's 2 minutes with the car.

I liked how attractive the owner of business was. Very kind, warm and thoughtful. We were there for a wedding and they did allow the bridal party to get ready there. It was amazing experience.
I loved Perveza. It is beautiful small town, with a lot of reach and spical cultural treasures. That was the only spot that I could watch both sun rise and the sunset on the beach.
The location is very good, on the seaside and walking distance from a nice beach and beach cafes and restaurants. The hotel also offers parking are and a garden.
Amazing villa - The location is so great - right on the beach and next to a good restaurant. Incredibly clean and well maintained, the hosts were really communicative and responded instantly to any questions we had. The pool was amazing, kitchen and bathrooms all new and really clean, large and comfortable beds. I would not hesitate to come back.

The location is so nice and quite quiet! Nice for a week getaway with a loved one. Walk out of your room and you’re by the pool/bar area then a few more steps you’re on the beachfront! Can walk all the way along the beach down to the marina with all the bars and clubs (15 min walk). The staff were all so friendly and nice and their english was very good! Would highly recommend staying here:)
