Absolutely spotless bedroom, lovely welcome gifts grounds well kept. Swimming pool divine, staff amazing and so friendly. Superb location, €5-6 taxi down into Preveza but you can walk it in 20mins. Bring rock shoes and snorkels, sea is crystal clear and so refreshing. Thank you for making myself and my son’s visit so memorable x

Apartment was so beautiful, really modern, it was well equiped, everything was clean and it smelled so nice. The owner Ioanna was available every single time we needed some info or help from her. Also she left some greek olive oil, honey, wine for us, which had us very positively surprised. The location of apartment is very convenient, because town beaches are close but also center and all restaurants and promenade by the sea are 10 minutes walk. It was 10 Greek days that we couldn't get enough of. I can't find words of praise beautiful enough to describe the emotions experienced in this place, and when I say place, I include the authentic Greek apartment, somewhere in a quiet place near the sea, yet close enough to the beautiful city center, to a wonderful beach. I liked how attractive the owner of business was. Very kind, warm and thoughtful. We were there for a wedding and they did allow the bridal party to get ready there. It was amazing experience.
I loved Perveza. It is beautiful small town, with a lot of reach and spical cultural treasures. That was the only spot that I could watch both sun rise and the sunset on the beach.
The location is very good, on the seaside and walking distance from a nice beach and beach cafes and restaurants. The hotel also offers parking are and a garden.
Amazing villa - The location is so great - right on the beach and next to a good restaurant. Incredibly clean and well maintained, the hosts were really communicative and responded instantly to any questions we had. The pool was amazing, kitchen and bathrooms all new and really clean, large and comfortable beds. I would not hesitate to come back.

The location is so nice and quite quiet! Nice for a week getaway with a loved one. Walk out of your room and you’re by the pool/bar area then a few more steps you’re on the beachfront! Can walk all the way along the beach down to the marina with all the bars and clubs (15 min walk). The staff were all so friendly and nice and their english was very good! Would highly recommend staying here:)
