The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was by the sea, just a short walk to the High Street and it was good value for money. The breakfast was very good and I liked it that it was served at the table.. My room was very comfortable

    Location is superb. Short walk to beach. Beach house decoration style of property is lovely. Views from bedroom and bathroom are breathtaking. Comfy beds and nice bed linen & towels. Outside seating area is great with bonus of a fire pit. Aldeburgh is walking distance. Parking off road is good.
