The house was lovely and well laid out and well supplied with furniture and comforts. The location was amazing being right on the cove, and the balcony afforded an incredible view for stargazing.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
The room was perfect. Sound proof was great, we all sleep wonderfully, even our 4 year old.
We had access to store and beach. We met some really nice people.
This place is so precious. We made a last minute booking here and it was way better than our expectations. My son and I had so much much fun kayaking and canoeing. If i had known how delightful it was going to be I would've booked for more than two nights. Do not hesitate to stay here!
Note: There is a small coffee shop in the lobby and a grocery store across the street. A short drive will bring you to area beaches and a larger grocery store.
The location is a 5 mins walk from the beach and Sauble main strip. HOWEVER, with all that the June Motel offers, you don't want to leave! Service was top notch! You truly have created a little retro vibing world within the Sauble beach area!
nice spot with docks on the river, comfy chairs for bodacious bottoms, easy parking, clean, comfy beds, pretty bedding. excellent mini fridge with freezer.
2 min walk to great local shop with your basic needs and generous scoops of ice cream. Quick drive to town. You could walk to the beach but we chose to drive and explored a different area each day.
The property is situated in a beautiful prime location they have all sprt of facilities, you just name it. Beach is very close a quick 5 to 6 minutes walk. Every one working jn the property allways carry a smile in their face. Overall value for money. Hope to visit again.

The north end of the beach is just a short walk.
The grocery across the street was perfect and super convenient.
The coffee we had each morning was delicious.
We used 3 of the bikes and biked downtown for dinner, it was perfect!
I grew up in the area and took 2 of my girlfriend's with me for a break from our life & family duties and it was everything we needed.
My girlfriend is planning to book a few nights later this year with her kids.
Perfect location 5 minutes walk to the beach, the hosts are very nice. Everything you need is at a walkable distance (convenience store, grocery, pharmacy, LCBO, a handful of restaurants and shops, even a cannabis dispensary).
We had the smallest cottage available so, very cozy but fully equipped. No dressers to put away your clothes (we left ours in our luggages).
The location was great! A 5 minute walk from the main strip so I parked my car and left it there for the duration of my trip. Beach access is very close! Clean facility and very friendly staff. I would return here again.
