Location is great, if you want perfect sea view. It is on the hill. But to get to the beach by foot is complicated thing, we used car instead. Anyway the owner is great, parking is comfortable, grill zone is awesome.

We spent a wonderful vacation together with our children and couldn't have chosen a better place for rest and relaxation. The accommodation charmed us. It was pleasant, the apartment exuded cleanliness and care, creating a sense of comfort and well-being for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals for ourselves and the children. An advantage was that we didn't have to carry unnecessary things with us because we lacked nothing.
The hosts were kind, accommodating, and caring. They were willing to help and advise us on what we needed.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our vacation and can wholeheartedly recommend our stay in this accommodation. If you're looking for a place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience pleasant moments with the family, then this is the right place for you.

We had great time in this apartment. It's clean and equipped very well. Comfortable bed and sofa, new furniture. Apartment itself is nice fresh place, best for hot summer day. Anyway there is air conditioner too. The neighborhood is quite. Spacious terrace and great place for barbeque made our evenings even nicer.

Absolutely everything ❤️ start from magical Sea View from balconies, beach Ičići is only 2 minutes walk from apartment , close to promenade Lungomare from Opatija to Lovran , Ucka - If you like walking trought the mountains, the mountain Ucka and the entrance to it by a simple trail is close to the apartment(maybe 200m ) ! Everyone can find something for himself !! Than owners always happy , always friendly 😊 ☺️ our kids love both of them from the first day 💖 dog beach is only 15 minutes from apartment , so your dog can also have a lot of fun with you every day ! Dogs are acceptable 🐕. Than Grill , Thomas make it mostly during the weekend himself for his guests .Tasty meat, sausages, salads, simply a full table of food prepared with the heart by a wonderful owners. I can write only more and more... thanks Thomas and Djamelia that we can feel in your apartment like at home, we wish you all the best and see you next year , maybe erlier ;) we will for sure come back to you !
