The apartment was tastefully equiped with all you need and if not, landlord Ioannis with his partner are always communicative, helpful & superkind. In the smaller apartment there is spacey living room / bedroom with small kitchen and the prettiest bathroom you can find in Korfu (I bet 😊). Outside terrace with swimming pool are available “24/7”. With rental car we were able to park by the house and reach all the beautiful beaches of the west side of Korfu within one hour (the closest one is 5 mins away). Cleaning was done regularly with advanced announcement. The location is peaceful and there are two very good taverns within walking distance. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the tennis court, pool and the barbecue. In reality the pictures from the listing don’t show the full beauty that the villa is. Definitely a 100% recommendation

This was the most perfect small villa for three of us. The pool was much larger than expected and the setting was truly peaceful and tranquil. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive at the villa until until 2am, but a member of the management team was in constant touch. They were extremely helpful with any question we posed. Nothing was too much trouble. Even helping us to use the facilities of a sister set of suites not far away, so we were able to shower and change before leaving for our late evening flight. A car would be essential if you wished to visit other areas of North East Corfu. The villa was spotlessly clean, and had almost everything that you would need in the way of china, cutlery and cooking equipment. It is close to the heritage sight of Old Perithia, which is well worth a visit. We would definitely stay again

Location was good - quiet, near restaurants and grocery shop. Short drive to beach. The apartment is small but has everything you could possibly need. Great kitchen and bathroom and air conditioning in the bedrooms. All windows have mosquito nets. The owner was very helpful!!

Check-in was super easy as owners met us on arrival, even though we arrived quite late. Private parking is in front of the house. Villa is located in very quiet rural area and offers peaceful rest night and day. The beach is located some 700m down the road. The area around the villa is very well arranged and maintained. Pool is gem of the property, large and deep in one end and shallow in the other. Water was a bit fresh (end of September), so kids did not spend too much time in it. However, in the summer it would be perfect. The Pool House is a nice addition, there is everything you need for little part: bar counter, fridge, couches, table. Top floor of the villa has a separate entrance, so elder kids lived by their own, which worked out well for both parents and kids. Villa has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Hosts Vasilis and Virginia live in front of the villa, but you only see them when you need them, very welcoming and helpful. Although, we were requested to check-out in the morning, hosts kindly allowed us to leave later. There is a local grocery shop where you will find anything you need, including fresh bread. The shop's owner Lola is a charming lady (say hi from us if you meet her!). You can survive without a car just enjoying the local beach, tavernas and shop, but I would strongly recommend renting a car. The road to Kerkyra runs through little villages and mountains and takes around 50 minutes to get from villa to Kerkyra. The island offers many beautiful locations to discover.
