The house is surrounded by trees, flowers, herbs and greenery which contribute to a delightful sensory experience. It has a lovely view during sunset time and is also a perfect haven for stargazers. It is located on the central road between Acharavi and Kassiopi, among the finest beaches of Northeastern Corfu. Shops, supermarkets, banking services as well as leisure and dining options are located in Acharavi and Kassiopi and are a 10-minute drive but there are also markets and services closer to the house, accessible by feet. Saint Spyridon beach is 1.2 km or a 10-minute walk and is particularly loved by children who enjoy playing on the sand and in its shallow water. There, you can also rent a SUP, a pedal boat or a boat. Behind the beach, you gaze at a wetland of 400 acres, the Antinioti lagoon, where you can explore and maybe try birdwatching in the cabin located there. There is a horse riding arena only 350 meters from the house. The house is situated under the Old Peritheia. It’s a Byzantine village of the 14th century with unique stone houses, churches and traditional Greek taverns. It’s built on a slope of mount Pantokrator, 400 meters above sea level with the most amazing view all around you. Following the main path, you reach Almyros beach, an exotic beach, 7 kms long, where you can enjoy its water and fabulous colourful sunsets. Erimitis is a must to visit for its pristine landscape. Its clear turquoise water, small bays, serene beaches, unique lakes and dense vegetation are breathtaking. Acharavi, Sidari, Roda, Peroulades, Avlaki, Kassiopi and many other picturesque places are in easy reach to explore that highlight and the authentic beauty of Corfu island. The song of birds, the chirping of cicadas and the hooting of owls and cocoons is a unique experience to live. You feel one with nature. It's an ideal destination for those seeking both relaxation and adventure, with plenty of opportunities to explore the natural beauty and vibrant culture of Corfu.
