You can expect this kind of service only in 4 - 5 star hotels. Host is taking care of all details, such a kind people. They are to modest, the price for equvalent accomodation on some other place is much expecier. I will come back next year :) There is a parking in front and the car is safe out of sun. Psakudia is sweet place, great as strarting point to explore Sithonia.

The villa is located very close (5 min walk) to the village of Metamorfosi, in a well-kept garden, with lots of greenery and a few olive trees, and it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It was recently renovated and is very clean and arranged in an vintage style. The owner, Maria, is a very kind and nice person who, together with her husband, gave us some recommendations regarding the beaches on the Sithonia, nearby taverns where to eat and even a few drinks at the village bar. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!
