The villa is located very close (5 min walk) to the village of Metamorfosi, in a well-kept garden, with lots of greenery and a few olive trees, and it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It was recently renovated and is very clean and arranged in an vintage style. The owner, Maria, is a very kind and nice person who, together with her husband, gave us some recommendations regarding the beaches on the Sithonia, nearby taverns where to eat and even a few drinks at the village bar. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Literally inside nature, only 300m from the sea and in the beautiful village of Psakoudia, enjoy all the magic and charm Halkidiki has to offer you. The house is very spacious (79 sqm), with a personalized modern decoration recently renovated. Ideal for families with 2,3 children. The house is on the up floor. Fully renovated with a new full equipment kitchen, 2 bathroom/wc (shower) and 2 separate bedrooms with a view to the garden. The house is suitable for children. We provide a baby coat, a baby chair baby cutlery.
