The moment we arrived till we left every question or need was taken care of. The owner and staff were exceptional going way beyond our expectations . They provided extra information and tips on how to make our experience wonderful, from organising restaurant, taxis to points of interest. The facility was spotless, sparkling pool and manicured gardens. Their breakfast menu was great, hot and cold selection fresh, local and delish. Highly recommended by our party.of 3 ladies.

Best hotel I have been in Greece! 1. Location: the place is perfectly located in the old town, short steps to all the restaurants, shops and piers 2. Parking: we were able to park every day very close to the hotel, and there is even a free parking park one block away 3. Hotel: very modern and comfortable, decorated in a beautiful manner, facilities are all new and you have Nespresso coffee machine, tea, kettle, small kitchen and fridge. Toiletries are from local brand and replenish daily. 4. Staff: super friendly and helpful, they clean the room every day! 5. Extra: if you stay on a Saturday you will enjoy the food market in the street! This is my honest opinion, I love it every day I stay in.

This is the best and my favorite apartment during my 16 days' trip in Greece. It is exceptionally clean, spacious, new and nicely-decorared with good quality and taste. Great location, near the old town and 5 minutes' walk to KTEL bus terminal. Very nice owner and staff. I was allowed early check in and w elcome gifts include a bottle of wine and a basket of different fruit! I will stay there again next time when I visit Chania.

We liked apartments, they are really good, everything looks new, very tidy. Communication with host are super , they really care when you arrive, if everything ok, do you need something else. Apartments are in a quiet place, to the old town is approx. 20min on foot. There is private parking place. In the kitchen there is all equipment you need. I liked it a lot.

We had a fantastic experience here! The room had everything (and more) that we needed, was cleaned to a great standard each day and the staff did all they could to guarantee us a comfortable and wonderful stay. They offered us a lovely breakfast service that included traditional food options for a very fair price which was very convenient and tasty! The jacuzzi was a great bonus!
