Sue is such a warm person so is an ideal hostess for a B&B. She was very friendly, willing to chat and so welcoming. When we arrived she instantly offered us a tea or drink and it arrived in the sitting room with a slice of cake. It is next to a working farm and there were sheep and cattle grazing in the fields. The house garden is fantastic, so well established and in full colour. Very old building but modernised for comfort.

Absolutely lovely modern cottage in gated private complex.Very warm and cosy with central heating and very comfortable bed.Modern furniture throughout, and immaculately clean with attention having been paid to cupboards full of quality china ,utensils etc.,Little seating area through french doors, which is completely private and safe if you have a dog with you🤗 Definitely would recommend, in particular as minutes to town and harbour👍

A lovely cottage, perfectly located for everything in Watchet.This was our second stay in the cottage, and we will definitely return again! Watchet is a great place to stay with beautiful beaches and walks.

The view from the room and hot tub was the highlight for us, this view was particularly special when a steam train would roll by or when the sun was setting (perfect time to enjoy a soak in the hot tub). Lovely welcome pack inclusive of eggs, butter, bread, milk, jam, orange juice, shortbread and crisps provided which was highly appreciated and utilized. Kitchen was well equipped with kitchen utensils which enabled us to enjoy a meal in if desired. Fabulous location - really enjoyed visiting Duster, steam train station conveniently on the doorstep, beach a 2 minute walk away and spoilt for choice on a variety of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We will be returning hopefully very soon. Very happy guests!

Beautiful caravan, great location on park wouldn't hesitate to book again as a base. Small Haven site but felt more personal, all the staff were friendly. Local area lovely, we ate off site must of the time because there are so many nice places to go but did use the restaurant on site and food was better than expected.
