We had an amazing week long stay. The house was plenty big enough to accommodate 3 families. The location was walking distance from the beach, which was perfect for our morning dog walks and entertaining the children. The house was a stone through away from the train station, which was very useful for day trips out. The train station for the steam train is located there as well, which the children loved. There are also plenty of shops and places to eat near by which is a 5 minute walk.

Booked 4 nights but stayed 6 this cottage is the most gorgeous gem immaculate and so very well equipped Steve host was amazing on hand if you need him for anything.local farmers to rear of property also accommodated us with there lambing season and let us be present for lambing very special will definitely be back VERY SOON Thanks Steve

This is a lovely, well equipped, clean home to stay in and a huge bonus was having the "doggy" room. Its in a perfect position for walking on the beach, just a one minute walk through the ginnel between the houses and you're on it. All the equipment worked brilliantly, there was even a dryer for the clothes. Great wifi and able to watch Netflix, Prime etc., on the TV. Very comfy beds and a brilliant shower with plenty of hot water. Good parking facilities right outside the house and supermarkets, local shops just 10 minute walk or 2 minutes in the car. Spotless cooker and oven. Friendly neighbourhood. A great beach to walk along and you can literally walk for miles along it. We couldnt fault it, its just fabulous and we will certainly be going here again.

Beautiful bungalow very clean and welcoming, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and some games to keep our son nice and busy which I thought was lovely. Thank you for our little welcome basket that was very nice will definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful weekend stay here. Lovely property, very modern with everything we needed. Quiet spot. Near to the beach and shops all in walking distance. Just lovely. Has a garden and seating area.

The apartment was conveniently located between the town and the beach and also a close walk to the railway station. It was very comfortable with all the facilities we needed, making our short stay very enjoyable. Views of the mountains at the back of the property and the sea could be seen from the front windows. Parking was easy and close to the property entrance for easy loading and unloading. Tywyn is a small town with a Co-op and a Spar, a very good bakery and a number of cafés, restaurants and takeaways. There is also a very good little park nearby with crazy golf, tennis and putting which is ideal for young families. This is also close to the wonderful beach where some spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed at the end of the day.
