There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Open space, Pool, Bungalow, Grounds and Staff were excellent.Would stay again and highly recommended.

Great place, where strong had of owner is felt. Got perfect 2 days and 2 nights in PPS thanks to it. I loved the soft sheets on the bed, they felt perfect. Also I rented a scooter for a day here and should say evwrything went really well. New Honda scooter with phone holder and charger. Wow!

The views outside of the balcony was breathtaking. The Host was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out is easy and no stress. Basic things you need for cooking is provided which is very handy. They have water dispenser and the place is neat and tidy.

This is not a hotel but a condo studio room managed by a private host - within walking distance of Terminal 3 via the Runway over the main roads it was an ideal place to stay for 1 night prior to my long haul flight to the UK - it's modern new & super clean with many many eating options outside - would wholly recommend and will stay again next time I pass through Manila

There is a small mall inside the Building that has a small supermarket and other restaraunts. The washing machine in the bathroom was a nice bonus also. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Good internet and Manny was very helpful. Building was very secure and we felt very safe. Also a good place down the road to buy a Sim (walk out to the right a couple hundred metres)

It is located on the ground floor so no need for you to take the stairs. Very convenient. Can accommodate big group of travellers. We had a great stay!
