From the moment we made contact with Mr. Olivier, the host, we knew we were in for something special. Not only did he maintain impeccable standards in the accommodation, but his warmth and kindness were genuinely unmatched. Our journey from Tokyo to Hakuba was a bit of a trek, with our arrival pushing into the late hours of the evening. Yet, Mr. Olivier was there every step of the way, checking in on us during our drive and offering invaluable tips for our journey. Upon finally reaching Snow Horizon, weary from travel, our exhaustion melted away the instant we were greeted by Mr. Olivier's infectious smile. He wasted no time in making us feel right at home, especially our little ones, aged 7 and 9. With a playful romp in the snow and boundless enthusiasm, he set the tone for what would be a magical stay. Entering our cozy abode, we were met with nothing short of perfection. The attention to detail was astounding—from the fully-equipped kitchen (complete with a dishwasher and coffee machine) to the inviting living space boasting an elegant Italian-style fireplace. And let's not forget the bedrooms, where the promise of a restful night's sleep awaited, thanks to the top-notch latex mattresses. But the magic didn't stop there. Knowing it was our girls' first encounter with snow and skiing, Mr. Olivier took it upon himself to give them—and even myself—a crash course in hitting the slopes. His patience and expertise transformed what could have been a daunting experience into a joyful adventure.

This accomodation exceeded expectations. It was spacious, clean, had 2 toilets, 2 showers, spacious rooms, a washing machine, dryer, stove top, microwave, kettle, utensils, fridge. It was brilliant. No key needed, pin code door access. And right next to the bus station that takes you to the ski fields.

They facilitated transportation from the train station and arranged restaurant bookings for us. Their support made everything very convenient and they were always easy to contact. The house itself was quite impressive. We enjoyed the mountain views from the terrace and appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped. The proximity of the supermarket, just 8 minute's walk away, was extremely convenient since we did not have a car. The location was perfect for our needs.

Solomon was extremely helpful in allowing us early check in, driving us to a nice lunch spot and to the Hakuba station. About 5 minutes walk to bus shuttles for Goryu and happo one. 10 minutes walk to the 7/11 convenience store. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Hakuba.

It is great for families or a big group of ppl to stay multiple nights. The house is very new and clean. Mr. and Mrs. Williams are very nice people. We highly recommend this house. There is also big oil heater in the living room so it is very warm! We will be back in Hakuba and stay here again!
