Very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, very comfortable beds with warm fluffy quilts. The staff were fantastic and a special thanks to Joe who was so warm and friendly, and assisted us with our many questions. Excellent location next to ski hire, snow parks, restaurants and bars. The view and little village were beautiful. Big thanks also to the shuttle drivers!

The accommodation was spotless and very well-maintained.
One of the highlights was the stunning mountain view we could enjoy right from our room—it really made our stay extra special.
The location is also perfect, just a short walk to Hakuba Station, and conveniently close to Patagonia, North Face, and Starbucks.
The owners, Pete and Shiho, were incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to talk to, making us feel at home.
My family had a fantastic experience here, and we will definitely choose this place again for our next visit to Hakuba.

location is fantastic, just a few meters away from the echoland. The apartment was clean and a good size with a really nice living /dining area and kitchen facilities. Showers, toilets, and rooms were great with heated floors. A really good property and well worth the stay.

This accomodation exceeded expectations. It was spacious, clean, had 2 toilets, 2 showers, spacious rooms, a washing machine, dryer, stove top, microwave, kettle, utensils, fridge. It was brilliant. No key needed, pin code door access. And right next to the bus station that takes you to the ski fields.

The Jade team delivered exceptional service from the beginning of our booking until the end of our stay. They facilitated transportation from the train station and arranged restaurant bookings for us. Their support made everything very convenient and they were always easy to contact. The house itself was quite impressive. We enjoyed the mountain views from the terrace and appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped. The proximity of the supermarket, just 8 minute's walk away, was extremely convenient since we did not have a car. The location was perfect for our needs.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. The buffet food was really good and plentiful. Absolutely loved it. The indoor ski rental facilities excellent. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Location brilliant.
The staff gave us an upgrade due to off-season, we loved our room which was more of a small apartment with plenty of space, smart-TV and small kitchen. Super comfortable bed and the view from the room overlooking mountain was great. Friendly staff, very helpful, offered to drive us to the busstation on our last day and was informative about skiing and everything. Very convenient just off the slopes. Recommend 10/10. Lovely restaurants in the town as well.
The location is across the road from the lifts. They have ski rentals and a few restaurants almost next door. The convenience store is next door as well. The ski storage/dry room is super convenient.
From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ski rental and lockers on site and straight out onto the Cortina pistes. Well organised buffet system with a plentiful and wide selection of food.
Great friendly helpful staff, they really made the stay easy. They have good communication to help with any questions about travel, gear rentals, restaurants, and tips about all the resorts. Great location right on the mountain, literal ski in ski out. Views out to the Tsugaike Ski Area are lovely. Good breakfast included, and have a low key dinner service that is really great.
Jason is the best host ever. He'd been extremely helpful throughout our 5 days trip. Providing travel direction to the apartment beforehand, how to get around in the Hakuba and Otari area, restaurant location, snow sport information, etc. The 2 stories apartment was super clean, and you'd have a cozy feeling the minute you enter the door. The Cortina course is right in front of the apartment. Definitely one of the best experiences we had among all our ski trips.
