Alaa is an incredible host that left us a booklet of things to see in Madaba and took time to tell us all about the town. The place was super clean, apartment spacious and cozy, comfy beds and a full kitchen stocked with free drinking water, coffee and teas that meant the world to us. The location was amazing, 4min walk from all the highlights. But the best part for us was the terrace at the top of the building. Thank you so much for the best last 2 days we could imagine

The pictures don't do the apartment justice as it's much bigger than the photos suggest. The bed was comfortable, the water hot and the kitchen well equipped. But, it was the owner and his aunt who made my stay special. They were very friendly and her coffee was delicious. Tip..go to the Kawon bookstore which is a design marvel and has very tranquil garden cafe.

We decided to stay in Madaba as it was conveniently close to the airport and we wanted to avoid going to Amman which was further away. Therefore, we didn't have time to look around and visit the city. However, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I was in communication with Carmen since booking the room as we had an early morning flight and wasn't sure if we would manage breakfast. On the day we left Petra late and we spoke to her letting her know that we would arrive after 9pm. Carmen was very accommodating and even offered to prepare a very nice dinner for when we arrived which we took and which was extremely delicious. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Additionally, Carmen woke up earlier and prepared breakfast for us ahead, so that we could leave for the airport earlier. Truly appreciated these little gestures, we've been to many places and this kindness and hospitality is hard to come by !! Highly recommended if you are visiting Madaba.

Street parking is available. Small grocery store across the street and a few bakeries and restaurants a couple of blocks away.

Location - few minutes walk from the Archeological Park and shopping & restaurants street. But because it is just off the main street, its is absolutely quiet. Host is very nice and helpful, communication was prefect. I definitely recommend to stay here

The nearest airport is Queen Alia International, 24 km from Green Garden Rooftop, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. The accommodation upstairs from a family home, the family is so very nice and helpful! I had some car issues and they all came to my rescue. It's clean, quiet, easily accessible. I recommend! Ali and his family is incredibly kind and welcoming and made us feel like home. They have invited us for dinner, coffee and tea and chatted around the table for hours. Wish we could stayed a few more nights! Would certainly come back any time.
