Mr. Basharat, owner of the place is a true gentleman. Location is a little far from Srinagar’s popular stays but if you are looking for a quiet and luxury stay, this place is awesome for the cost. There were books in every room, even some good books for my kid. The place is a beautiful lawn and the terrace has a beautiful view.

The location of the property. Though the hotel is slightly inside the lane while inside it provides a wide open look. The Deluxe Double room was good and spacious. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We couldn't enjoy the food much due to our short stay.

The place was amazing. And had calm vibes. The interior of the apartment was really very lavish. The host of the property was very supportive and helpful through out the stay. And helped us a lot with all the tip itnenarary.
The houseboat was clean and had a rooftop access. Superb for 4 people as it's similar to a 2bhk flat with living room and terrace (no kitchen though). Property owner Suhail personally handled the electricity issues. Devu bhai, caretaker, was really helpful right from lifting the luggage to/from the boat, to picking up breakfast for us in the morning and other electricity issues.
The host of the property Ms Nigu was very warm and gentle, food was top notch felt like having home cooked food ,ambiance was just phenomenal heating services like hot water ,electric blanket and wood burning heater (Bukhari) was available , car rental to airport ,sonamarg was given at a reasonable price by the host thank you for making our trip a memorable one looking forward to see you again ❤️
Clean rooms, simple homely food, super helpful staff along with proximity (5 min walk) to the main market made our stay really convenient. The owner of the property was really helpful and gave us suggestions and contacts (cab, bike rental, hotels in other locations etc) for further planning our trip from Leh. I would recommend this easily to my friends and family!
Snow lion is one of the best things that happened to us in Leh. Starting from the warm welcome we received, how they guided us on sightseeing and helped with the permits and on getting a rental bike right outside the hotel, and ofcourse the tasty food and the helpful staff. Julley, Anu and Arnab!
