This was a modern, well appointed and clean studio apartment. It was well situated for downtown Santa Barbara and easy to walk 10 minutes to State Street. The area was nice and we felt safe walking at any time of day or night.

Such a cute little house/apartment, in a great location. The host was available by text, and very friendly and helpful. We had the apartment with a patio and jacuzzi, BBQ, which was great. The house was very clean and charming!
I liked the jet spa tub and the 2 bedroom Lil apartment we got. I would love to bring my grandkids back. Very comfortable and friendly even if looks aren't the best when you first get there. Give it a chance we had a blast.
Location, location location. The apartment was clean and comfortable.. .it was nice that there were sand toys, chairs, umbrella,etc. in the closet. Having the tar removal kit available was very nice especially with little people who managed to get lots of tar on themselves. We felt comfortable and it Met our needs.
Zero communication from the hotel after two text an email and voice mail requesting check in 230. Check in was at 3 and our room still was not clean at 255The room furnishing were scratched Up. Only one wash cloth for two people. Our room was next to loud apartments Home lady in the parking lot. A bunch of live in residents in the motel. All around the the experience was worse that a motel 6 with a room rates that was twice as much.
I stayed in room 136, bed needs 2 more pillows as only 1 very flat per guest. Also a refrigerated lorry was parked outside our room and it’s engine was running all night, we got no sleep at all. These trucks should be parked away from rooms if it’s going to left running all evening.
