We stayed at Casa Jardin for 3 nights over a long weekend and it was perfect. Our room was small but well set up so that it didn't feel too tight. There was plenty of space for our bags and clothes, the bathroom was a good size and had nice amenities, and the room still managed to squeeze in a kitchenette. Location was perfect -- right near downtown, great tasting rooms, coffee, and food. We appreciated the included white noise machine, though the street noise was not too bad. Parking on site was easy and convenient. The check-in process was also very easy and the keypad on the door worked great so that we didn't need to carry a key around. I will definitely be recommending Casa Jardin to anyone I know traveling to Santa Barbara!

Company information

We are an off-site host. We own and manage our rental properties with a small professional team and take pride in providing top-notch customer service. We are in the virtual office from 8 am-10 pm to assist/answer general questions and have a dedicated hospitality department for after-hour emergencies. We rely on tech-based applications to assist in our daily operations to be sure our guests receive all communications on time and have info readily accessible. We are always just a call or message away to help in any way!

Casa Jardin is a 13-unit boutique self-serve hotel located three blocks from State Street and everything the famed downtown Santa Barbara offers. Completely renovated in 2023, each unit has a kitchenette and a private en-suite shower. Some units have living rooms and full kitchens. All units have a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity. NOISE DISCLAIMER: All units share common walls, and noise can be heard between units. Each room comes with a white noise machine and earplugs. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.* *PETS: 50 Dollar Fee Applies. ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). Pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise when booking. We will charge the card used to secure the room. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a 250-dollar fine. Each unit comes with one parking space.
