A private bath with rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable K-cup coffee pods, sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.* NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level as to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us at 415. 367.0001 and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed.
