Vida and Ratko are wonderful hosts. Vida welcomed us with great hospitality, providing us with coffee and a delicious homemade cake. The place is perfect for connecting with nature. It has an incomparable view of the mountains and the canals of Skadar lake. This was our last night in Montenegro, and Vida and Ratko made it unforgettable. Where do I start? Excellent stay from start to finish. Mladen and family were great from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for them. The area is stunning and perfect if you like something away from the masses as we do. The boat trip they offer is an absolute must if you have a couple of hours spare. The pool was absolutely perfect and spotlessly clean, very well maintained. The room was perfectly adequate and again, very clean. The food was also excellent. We went for the home made sausages and I think they were the best sausages I’ve ever eaten. The sausage omelette for breakfast was just as good. Lastly, their beautiful dog, Aaron, was a big softy and waiting outside our room for us in the morning. We toured 17 countries over 24 days and this was easily our best stay.

Everything was excellent. Despite arriving very late, the host (Jelena) was waiting for us and was very helpful in everything. The apartment is next to the local shop so we could easily get something for breakfast. It is also next to the local small restaurants so we managed to get dinner around 21.30 - 22.00. The house has everything that a family will need (the washing machine was really handy and managed to get everything dry by the next day in the morning). Next day we arranged for a tour in the national park (1.5 hours long), which the kids absolutely adored. This is an experience that they will definitely remember!! Next time a 2 day stay would be more appropriate to give us more time to relax and enjoy the picturesque village

We had the best, relaxing time at Sunny Side Apartments. Srdjan and Ana extended us the best Montenegrin hospitality ever. The spotless property boasts great views of the lake and mountains. The well-designed apartment is fully functional, with a kitchenette meeting all our needs. Highly recommended and wished we had stayed longer. Hvala, Srdjan i Ana!

First of all amazing host, after we booked, the host contacted us with very helpful information how to find the place. We had very warm welcome, the parents of host are so adorable, careing and amazing, we felt like we came home. The houses are very new, clean, nicely furnished and have all facilities you need. The place is so queit, feels like you are all alone there. If you visit lake Skadar, this place is the place you must stay! It was the best place we stayed in our trip.
