The property has great location. Just a few meters from beach, next apartment is a lot of restaurants, shop is just a few steps as well. Pool was clean, large and so many another guests there. All stuff was very nice and helpful. We had really great stay there and if we will come back again to this city, for sure we will stay again in Mythos Beach apartment.

Kostas and Maria treated us like family. The apartments are fantastic. Location wise, is it almost central on the main street? It's a busy street at times. However, trafiic noise is minimal, almost none at all. Facilities are great. Rooms are serviced every day. A/C is free. There is a washing machine for all to use. Kostas brought fruit from the trees in his own garden. The pool is just the right size for the area. The area gets the sun all day. We had days where we just sat or laid down on the sunbeds, listened to our music and read. It's such an amazing place just to relax. Public buses are regular, Hania city is a couple of Erou,s one way and Kolybary with some great seafood Taverna,s and their free sunbeds on the beach. Our 3rd time in Malame, 1st at the Konaki, will be our regular holiday from now.

There was an interesting shop in Maleme which sold traditional Cretan produce. The wife of the owner spoke good English. There is also a local pottery which has its own shop. There is a good ,friendly, English speaking cafe near the pottery shop. There is a nearby bus stop with cheap, tourist orientated buses and a good supply of information from Canea bus station.
