Kitchen has everything you need. Spacious bathroom/shower. The host Savvas is very friendly and helps with everything you ask. Local beach is very good, we were even a bit sorry that cannot stay on this beach every day since we also wanted to see other beautiful Cretan places like Samaria Gorge, Elafonisi and Balos which requires a day trip. Exceptional hotel, highly recommend if you want to stay in Chania part of island. Best hotel in Stalos!

Maria, Ermis, Veneta, Galini, Litsa and all the other personnel of Hermes make the facility exceptional. Located up in a hill at Kato Stalos facing a little island, amongst olive trees, colourful flowers and local aromatic herbs set the ideal scenery for a relaxing holiday. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the property is built in such a way that all rooms face the beach gifting its guests with beautiful colours of the dawn and sunset every day. The owners, Maria and Ermis run the business themselves making sure to meet every expectation of each client; lending us an umbrella for the beach and un adaptor for our cell phone amongst others, they personally greet the guests and they are the ones taking care of the pool cleaning which is done every evening by Ermis. The pool area is child friendly having a shallow pool for kids and all kind of inflatable mattresses. The breakfast is set by the pool and it’s plentiful and meets every taste, salty and sweet with a vast choice of egg dishes, fresh fruits, cheese, bread prepared by Veneta who politely mingles with the guests greeting them every morning or Litsa, who both with their professionalism make the breakfast time more enjoyable. Note that the WI-FI is present in every area of the property, inside the rooms and outside by the pool. All kind of restaurants are found just a few steps from the hotel and should you need to go to Chania town then the bus station is just down the hill. I haven’t regretted booking Hermes apartments for our holiday, after a long research on booking, and when I visit Chania again it will be my first choice. Thank you all Hermes team!

The location was great , we could just walk out the door and in a few steps we were on the beach , we had outdoor showers to wash the sand of our feet when coming back to the room, and the beach was nice, sandy , with shallow water. We also had a nice yard with grass and trees and we could hang out there on the sunbeds, or playing with the cat. Breakfast was very nice and it was served on the terrace by the pool with great views , the staff was very great and helpful , and the rooms were cleaned every day . Thank you Maria and the rest of the staff for everything , you are doing a great job ! 😊

Our hotel consisted of 9 tastefully decorated rooms opened out onto a balcony with partial or direct view to the beach or the garden. All the units include a modern bathroom with hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes and free toiletries as well as a safe box, free WI-FI and a mini-fridge.

Really everything. Its a small family owned hotel, and you can feel every little thing was thought of. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, Katerina and staff were so nice and we got anything we asked for. When we went on an early trip before breakfast, they packed us something to go. When we said the toilet is a bit big for our daughter, they brought us a kids toilet seat (new, just bought for us..) Would love to return here.
