The annex was the ideal place and location for our first holiday. It was spotless and had all the things we needed, plus the fabulous welcome basket included! The hosts were more than welcoming, offering great suggestions of places to eat and activities. The location is a rural paradise, with sheep and horses surrounding it to say hello! Not a car in sight and guests have the major perk of being a few minutes walk from the local West Kernick tea garden business; serving fresh, home cooked meals with indoor and outdoor seating! Definitely worth a visit if you plan on staying!

Michelle Wilson this is such a lovely place. Hosts can't do enough for you. When the weather got hot they brought a fan to help keep us cool. Kitchen was well stocked and couldn't want for anything they thought of everything. Looking forward to visiting again but this time holiday not working.
