Comfortable beds, comfortable seating, well equipped kitchen, enclosed garden, dog friendly. Excellent large capacity fridge and freezer. Fresh decor. Beautiful bathroom. Off road parking. Key safe gives easy and secure access. Quick response to phone call. Pleasant host. Able to watch Netflix. Fantastic location, we saw some exceptional wildlife during our short stay. Peaceful and quiet.

We loved this cosy studio. It is beautifully decorated, and it is perfectly equipped for a short stay. The views are amazing, perfect for enjoying a nice cup of tea and reading a book. Paul and Jackie were very welcoming and gave us lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to visit in the area. We appreciated the flexibility regarding checking hours and the detailed instructions on how to arrive. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at the Studio, it was clean and well equipped. The bunkbeds were super comfy and the view from the Studio was amazing. The hosts were really friendly and lovely people, I was made to feel very welcome. Helmsdale was a lovely little village and all the people I met were so friendly. Had some great walks with my dog and enjoyed coffee and cake at the Timespan cafe and a lovely lunch in the Thyme and Plaice cafe, both dog friendly.

We tried to book different styles of accommodation on our NC500 trip and this studio/bunkhouse was fun and brilliant for our family and dogs. It was cosy and adequate for what we needed. Loved the panel heaters on the ceilings and inovative ways the hosts had made this a rental space!
