Parking was in a secure car park for the property and the key safe was adjacent to the allocated parking space The apartment was top floor with great views from the "lookout" over the rooftops towards the sea. The apartment was lovely, clean, well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Beds were comfortable and the whole building was very quiet. We felt at home instantly. The location of the apartment was fantastic within walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, takeaways and the beach. The agents kept in touch before our arrival to ensure a smooth stay. The seagulls were very vocal but, like the locals, we soon zoned them out!

Really lovely apartment which was more spacious than it looks on the pictures. A bottle of wine awaitied us, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't really use it as we were there for a quick trip to do a charity walk.
The property is opposite the beach and very near the town, which has lovely little places to eat and drink, plus cute boutique shops.
This is a lovely apartment. It is in a good location and was clean and very quiet. It is also a comfortable size for a short vacation and we found it very relaxing and peaceful.
Self catering so no comments on food. The Studio was comfortable, big enough, well-equipped and conveniently located, with easy, reserved parking. The Studio’s best selling point is its decor and appearance internally.

It is not often that holiday accommodation lives up to the online photographs. Coasters did! It was clean, quiet, a very short walk to the beach and shops. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, shower worked well and all very clean. We would happily stay here again and would recommend this holiday apartment to others.

All the facilities you need
This was a self catering apartment which had everything in terms of equipment & comfort. It is clean , airy , in a quiet location & the added bonus is that it is located ( even for a 77 year old with creaky knees !) only a short walk to the High Street , beach & bus stops. It is exceptional for Aldeburgh in that it has the parking facility for 2 cars in the driveway at the apartment. I would recommend this property & will certainly return.
The apartment exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and quiet location and just a 10 minute walk from Aldeburgh sea front. It is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. A nice touch is the selection of books, dvds and information leaflets for nearby places of interest.
