Everything was on the money, perfect. Instructions were clear, the flat was as described, and the conditions in the property ideal for our one-night stay, including really lovely little kindnesses such as tea, coffee and milk already there upon arrival, as well as little gifts. Well done for perfect and comfy bedding, cozy place. Compost toilet is a great idea. We only stayed for one night, left early in the morning. Alan was helpful. Toilet was outside the room. This could be a great experience but this time we were too tired to experience it. Also, if you could highlight compost toilet and toilet outside the room in facilities available then guest can choose the best option for the stay. It’s nature friendly and great initiative, we will be back to experience it again.

The decor was warm and uplifting the view brilliant, simply put we enjoyed a brief but very comfortable stay in a colourful environment that was most suited to enjoy by the sea. It had everything we needed and more and we enjoyed cooking our breakfast before a very suitable check out time of 11 am.

We’ve stayed here several times and absolutely love each time we stay. It’s always very clean and has lovely little extras such as fresh milk, lovely tea and coffee, dressing gowns and toiletries. Great location and is dog friendly- our little dog loves it too. Great communication from host.

We liked everything. Location was perfect - by the sea and town centre. We loved the cleanliness and comfort. We appreciated the milk, tea, coffee and Welsh cakes with butter. All cleaning products, extra toilet rolls provided etc. Exemplary!

We stayed in Portland Place - which was their self catering apartment - and it was fabulous. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. The two rooms (1 with a double and 1 with twins) were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the bathroom lovely (shower was great) and the lounge was stylish. You also had parking. Couldn't ask for anymore - apart from a few more nights there!

Fantastic location 10/10 to explore Aberaeron, New Quay, and beyond! Spacious apartment, nicely decorated, with everything we needed for a short stay. Immaculately clean with complementary cleaning pack including dishwasher liquid, a new sponge, a couple of towels and rubbish bags for the bins. Mary contacted us to make sure we could find the key as we arrived later in the evening. Parking on site was very easy. Overall, a great experience and we would love to return for longer! Thank you!
An amazing apartment in the heart of aberaeron. Such a clean, accessible apartment with modern facilities. The host was amazing very friendly, helpful and caring from start to finish. Would definitely visit again. My mom is disabled and as the flat was on one level it was perfect for us all! Can't wait for the next visit!
exceptionally clean and modern apartment in a quiet relaxing location. We were met by a lady called Mary who was very nice and friendly and was always happy to help and went above and beyond to make our short break enjoyable . From advice to best places to eat out , buy shopping or places to visit or just finding the best sandy beaches as we had nt visited this part of wales before but we will definitely be back . The bed was super comfy. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you could need to cook up a storm.
The living areas were comfortable. Internet was stable and fast.
The bathroom was clean. The water was hot.

I stayed in the studio apartment (#1) and was very pleased to have a sea view. The room was perfect for me, with a microwave, toaster, crockery and good size fridge & freezer. Was plenty of space for 1 though could be a bit tight with 2 people. Very modern and clean. Quiet and parking directly outside, though not sure what it would be like when it’s full as there’s only a few spaces. Lovely welcome from Mary and her husband who were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
