However, the listing falsely stated the property has air conditioning, which it does not, and which was a primary reason we selected this listing. Although the property owner stated to both us and to Booking.com that he would remove the “air conditioned” items off of the listing, he still has not. Other elements of the listing were generally accurate.

Perfect location. Shopping centre was near. McDo on the other side of the road. Disneyland around 30mins away. It was the cheapest accommodation at the time we booked. We were 4(2 adults, 2 kids), one bedroom apartment was ok for us as we stayed for 3 nights. Kids slept on sofabed. Little kitchenette was ok, we didn't cook though. Had cutlery and utensils. Our apartment was clean. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. You get baguette, croissants, pain au chocolat, cornflakes, juice, yoghurt, fruit compote. There's a hot drink dispenser. We had baguette mainly. Overall it was a nice stay.

The reception area was welcoming, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. The apartment was clean, and the 24/7 staff were friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and the meeting room facilities were excellent. Everything was very nice and well-organized.

Lovely apartment with plenty of character. Quiet. Good location. Host easy to contact. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good size rooms. Plenty of space for 4 people.
Lovely place to stay, in calm surroundings, and we paid a bit extra and had a kitchenette and mini lounge, so it was like a mini apartment! We were here for the Olympic Games and it was perfect because we were close to Chelles-Gournay station which is well connected to everywhere in Paris, and we were within cycling distance from the nautical stadium. It also has a nice garden and the owner is very friendly.
Everything was absolutely perfect. Nice apartment in a quite area next to the Disneyland. It got everything we needed and the contact with the owners was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was with a lot of lovely details. We really enjoyed our time there.
