Everything was well thought of there were games, tea and coffee, suggestions on local restaurants, baby friendly furniture, iron, etc. It was very nicely furnished and everything was clean and neat also very good taste in design. The communication went well with the owner.

Host let us check in very early an hour after we had booked. He met us at the apartment 15 min after we had contacted him and showed us around. Very professional. The place was v clean and well equipped with modern kitchen equipment and washing machine. It is a quiet area but less than 5 min walk into the town centre and station with lots of places to eat. Also i thought it good value. I regularly drive thru Chaumont and i would use it again. Parking is free on Sundays and otherwise between 6pm and 9am. Otherwise park on a meter or just off the town centre. The host and apartment made our enforced stop (car breakdown) into a nice mini break.

Very clean and sweet apartment, great location and lovely town. Only used for 1 night as a stop off on the way home but could easily have spent a lot longer there.
We loved the courtyard - very private and absolutely beautiful (very French!). We also loved that the apartment was equipped with all of the amenities you needed, that everything was in immaculate condition, and it was very clean. The close proximity to shops and restaurants was also really handy.

Very clean, bed very comfortable, host very friendly, location excellent. The room is very small, but it has all the facilities you can expect of a room for this price. It is also quiet and close to the centre, easy parking and upon leaving we also received a small sweet present. A very good option for a short stay.
Omg! This is an absolute gem of a place!!! The most beautiful apartment we've ever stayed in. You can tell the owner is an interior designer. Super comfy furniture and gorgeous wallpapers. The flat is so tranquil and lush we didn't even want to venture out much so we can enjoy it as much as possible :)
Lovely comfortable studio apartment, perfect for our one night stop over. Vincent gave us lots of information before and during our stay. Breakfast delivered to the studio at our requested time, good choice of food. Easy walk into Chaumont for an evening meal, choice slightly limited but it was a Sunday. Would recommend and would stay here again.
We were upgraded to the larger first floor flat. Host away but great arrival instructions and a phone call from host to ensure we were ok. Large apartment in large house with garden. Safe bike storage. All facilities provided. walking distance if centre and a boulangerie only 200m away for breakfast. We ate alfresco in the garden. Parking on site. About 1k from the incredible viaduct.
