The ground floor apartment is in a quiet area,15-20 mins walk to the center. Streets don't have short ways (steps), therefore it can be quite exhausting with all the ups and downs.
Apartment was cleaned properly, we nicely were allowed an early check-in. The access to the flat using a key box with a code is quite smooth.
It has everything needed for comfy stay including stuff for some minor cooking.

Great location- went swimming in the lake from the steps of an art gallery on the small road just below the apartment- bliss.
Local bus service made travel into Lugano easy- but also walkable- 20 mins to the east side of the city, 40 mins into the centre. Great local Migros supermarket ( the one in the centre is bigger and better for our needs)- great fish and meat counters in addition to fruity/veg/bread.
Great washing and drying facilities which was great for us as we were travelling for a month.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The view from the terrace and jacuzzi was great, like in the pictures. The jacuzzi had warm/hot water and could be use at any time. The flat was modern and nice, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Vanessa was really helpful and available for any question. The place has no kitchen, but a small refrigerator and microwave. You can grill at the terrace.
The apartment has an unbeatable view of the Lugano landscape and the neighborhood is really quiet. The apartment is well equipped with toiletries, quality kitchenware (great knives!), tea and coffee, toys, etc. The communication with the manager was really effective and quick. The private parking is a big plus too!
The area and the view are very beautiful, easy access to the apartment as well as the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Parking space available, extra bed if needed.

The owner is very kind and friendly. There is everything to feel like home: very convenient kitchen, bedroom and awesome terrace. In the kitchen were even products)) noodles, sause, coffee and tea) Our family spent wonderful time.
The view from the apartment is fantastic, the balcony is nice and spacious - perfect for breakfast in this amazing location.
Amenities were good, kitchen is equipped with all necessities for cooking a full meal.
The host was very friendly and helpful!
