This place is situated in one of the historical buildings of the Vico district. The apartment is a cozy place with high ceilings and a big bed up on the gallery. Kitchen has the basic amenities and there is even a small outside patio with table and chairs. The location is 5 minutes away from the lake and the famous Aero Club Como, walk to the main touristic district is about 20 minutes. The host - Silvia - was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, and she made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is the best possible location in the city. The views from the patio are better than the pictures. The restaurants and boat rentals nearby were magnificent. The apartment is very spacious, especially the bathroom and bedroom. The Air Conditioning is the best in Europe. And they are very friendly helping you check in.

The view was amazing, the place was spotless, super warm place, everything was perfect I highly recommend this place for couples that want a romantic gateway and a very peaceful stay. Even if the balcony is on the road you can't hear anything when windows are closed. I will definitely come back in summer.

This is a gorgeous comfortable large appartment in a beautiful quiet building with gates and locked entry ways. It is right across the street (within a block) of the lake. It is VERY well suited to a family or to multiple couples needing a place to stay together. The host was very warm and friendly. She left the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.
