Very quiet place (I was there in 100th anniversary, it was VERY loud in city), not far from bus and tram stations. Apartments are located in new building, so there are really no problems there. I think, this location is applicable for disabled - building has elevator.

The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and it was clear that the hotel had taken great care to select the best options for their guests. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. The aparthotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a pool bar, as well as a fitness room and a shared kitchen. the owner and the staff were very helpful despite of not knowing any english words. the location of the apartment is amazing , close to everything (shops , beach , clubs)
