The building is new-ish, once you step on the pathway to the entrance you will be greeted by lots of green vegetation. The apartments are in my opinion a best buy in the area, both the living room and the bedroom are roomy enough, the kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, beds are confortable which is important specially during longer stays and they have a balcony. The Konyaalti beach is about 1km walking distance (10-15 min) which was great to keep you in shape but not too far away, there's a pool for those who do not like going to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any request, like you can see they are truly friendly people and not just trying to do their job. If you come by car, there is ample parking space in front of the building.
